Calorie free cake

…made of diapers – CLEAN UNUSED diapers…

I have a friend having a baby and she has ‘all the things’ but I still wanted to do something special and you can always use diapers.  This ‘cake’ is 112 size one diapers so hopefully a week or two for the baby.  It took me about 15min to put it together to this point thanks to some great tips I found on pinterest.

So, with or without dinosaur?  Is it missing anything?  Should I cover the yarn with something more pretty?
